Personalized Coaching for technical people
Unlike most coaches, we are introverted engineers ourselves and we understand the challenges of working in an environment where the boundaries between logic and emotion are often confusing. We have developed a training program that combines teaching fundamental concepts, exercises to aid retention, and application to the client's current interpersonal experiences. Each session starts with a guided exploration of a topic related to better understanding yourself and enhancing your interactions with others. After going through some practical examples, we then spend time discussing how the topic relates specifically to you and your experience.
Meet the Coach
Hi, I am Joe Wilding. I specialize in helping technical whizzes who sometimes struggle with communication and interpersonal dynamics. I am an experienced engineer and entrepreneur and went through my own journey of development after more than a decade of struggling with communication in the workplace. I developed my syllabus of resources and tools based on the same content that helped me on this journey. I view the world in a visual and logical way, and I have found that this lens can also be applied to understanding topics related to interaction and communication. I have helped many others with this practical approach and I am motivated by the tangible progress that often is evident within weeks of engaging with a new individual.
