Unlike most coaches, we are introverted engineers ourselves and we understand the challenges of working in an environment where the boundaries between logic and emotion are often confusing. We have developed a training program that combines teaching fundamental concepts, exercises to aid retention, and application to the client's current interpersonal experiences.
